Tarifa FLEXIBLE:
Flexible rates allow modifications and cancellations until 12:00h (noon) on the day of arrival. If the guest does not show up at the hotel or cancels after 12:00h on the arrival date, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will be applied and the remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled. NON-REFUNDABLE: Free cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date. After that, a 100% penalty of the reservation will apply. Not modifiable. EARLY BIRD (subject to changes depending on the hotel) Possibility to modify or cancel the stay up to 5 days before the arrival date After these 5 days prior to arrival, the 1st night will be charged THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS FLEXIBLE: Possibility to cancel or modify the reservation until 12:00 noon on the day prior to the arrival date If cancelled after this time or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged NON-REFUNDABLE: No possibility to modify or cancel the reservation at any time. The signature of the payment slip will be required upon arrival GROUPS (From 10 rooms) PAYMENTS The first payment of 10% must be made to confirm the block. 45 days prior to arrival, payment covering 40% of the total blocked rooms must be made. 15 days prior to arrival, the group must be paid in full (100%). CANCELLATIONS / REDUCTIONS Up to 45 days before the arrival date, the applicable cancellation penalty will be 10% of the total reservation. Between 45 and 16 days before the arrival date, the applicable penalty will be 40% of the total reservation. Between 15 and 8 days before the arrival date, the applicable penalty will be 90% of the total reservation. Between 7 and 0 days before the arrival date, the applicable penalty will be 100% of the total reservation.
