The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of credit cards prior to arrival.

Guests under 18 years of age may only stay when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult.

At check-in, guests must present a valid ID and a credit card in their name, except for bookings prepaid via Pay By Link.

Upon check-in, guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation.

On arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage or breakages. This deposit can be made by credit card or, if unavailable, in cash. The amount will be refunded at check-out using the same payment method once the property has been inspected and verified to be in good condition.

All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and carry a surcharge of 10 EUR.

The hotel partners with a trusted company to provide high-quality private transfers to and from major transport hubs. Guests may book this service if desired. Rates and booking conditions are managed independently of the hotel.

Pets incur a surcharge of 20 EUR per week. No bedding or amenities are provided for pets.

Hotels in Catalonia charge a tourist tax, which is not included in the booking price and must be paid at the property. The tax applies per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, and only for guests aged 18 and over.
